Go Biryani

Go Biryani is our small place on Subhas Nagar Road. We are at number 77/1. It’s a busy street in Kolkata. Most people know the Subhas Nagar Telephone Exchange, and we are right near there. It makes it easy for people to find us when they are hungry. We spend most of our time in the kitchen. Kolkata is a city that loves its food, so we stay pretty busy. The 700065 area is where we live and work. It’s not a big fancy restaurant, just a place to get some biryani. We’ve been here for a bit now. Sometimes the road gets really noisy with all the traffic going past. We just keep the doors open and do our work. It’s a lot of heat and steam every day. We don’t have much in the way of decorations. Just some tables and chairs for whoever comes in. My brother helps me out with the orders. We see a lot of people from the nearby offices during lunch time. It’s just a regular local business. We don’t have any big plans, just want to keep serving the people who live around Subhas Nagar Road. It’s a simple job but it keeps us on our feet.
