Dimpi Restaurant

We've been here at the Five Point Crossing for quite a while now. It's busy on Bidhan Sarani, so things get a bit hectic during lunch hours. We just focus on getting the food out to everyone who stops by. The place isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot in Shyambazar where people come to eat. Sometimes the noise from the street gets inside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We open up early and stay till the dinner rush clears out. Most of our regulars live right around the corner or work in the nearby shops. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for a table. It's a small space, and it gets crowded, but we make it work. You'll find us at 128/8A, right near the crossing. If you’re walking past, you can usually smell whatever we’re cooking up that day. We don't really do much advertising, mostly just people finding us while they’re out doing their shopping. It’s a plain setup with wooden chairs and basic tables, nothing more than what you need for a quick meal. The staff here has been around for years, so we know what we’re doing. We don't change the menu much because people seem to like what we have already. It's just honest food served in a busy part of Kolkata. There are no frills here, just a lot of work and cooking.
