Crystal Chimney Restaurant

Our little place, Crystal Chimney Restaurant, sits right on Chittaranjan Ave, specifically at number 17 on Princep Street. If you know the 700072 area, you know it’s always busy with people walking and cars honking. We’ve been here in this corner of the city for a while now. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character, though it means we’re always fixing something or other. Inside, it’s just a normal restaurant. We don't have dim lighting or fancy menus. We just serve food that we like to eat ourselves. The kitchen is small, so when it’s full, the smells of the cooking fill the whole place. Some people like that, some don't, but it’s how we operate. We get a lot of office workers during the day and families in the evenings. It’s not the kind of place where you need to dress up. Most of our customers are regulars who live nearby or work in the shops on Princep Street. We don't spend money on posters or flyers. People just see the sign and come in. It’s a bit cramped when it’s raining outside because everyone wants to get out of the wet, but we make room somehow. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets their tea or meal without too much of a wait. It’s just a regular city eatery doing its thing day after day.
