Cook N Grill

Our place is called Cook N Grill and you can find us at 1/4 Jadu Mitra Lane. We are located in the Shyambazar area of Kolkata with the pin code 700004. It is a very old part of the city and the lanes are quite narrow and winding. You might have to look a bit closely to find our door. We have been here for a while and we like the neighborhood. It is full of history and regular people going about their lives. Our shop is very small. We do not have a lot of room for people to sit so it is a bit cramped. We spend our time at the grill and the stove. It gets very hot in the kitchen especially during the summer months. We do not have a big team of chefs or managers. It is just us doing the cooking and serving. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just a plain and simple place to eat. Shyambazar is always noisy with the sound of trams and buses nearby. We have grown used to the sounds of the city. We do our own shopping at the local markets every morning. It is a lot of work but it is our business. We do not have a big corporate plan. We just take it one day at a time.
