Chinese Brasserie

We are located at 507/2 on Jessore Road in Kolkata. If you know where Debendra Nagar is, we are right near there. Jessore Road is one of those places that never really stops, there’s always a bus or a truck going by. Chinese Brasserie is just a local spot where we spend our days. The Kolkata heat can be something else, especially in a kitchen, but we have our routines to get through it. We don't have any polished marketing teams or anything; it’s just us doing the work. The pincode here is 700074. Every morning starts with getting the supplies delivered and making sure the stoves are ready. We see a lot of families from the neighborhood and people stopping by on their way home. It’s a simple setup inside with no fancy frills. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but for now, we just keep things running. The staff is like a small family, most of us have been here for a while. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide a place on Jessore Road where people can get a meal. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for people to park, but they still find their way in. It's just a regular local business in a busy part of the city, and we like it that way.
