Charcoal Grill

You can find us at 102 A & B, right across from Hotel Camac Plaza. We are located near the Park Street and Circus Avenue area in Kolkata. It is a very busy part of the city with lots of cars and people around all the time. We have been running the grill here for a while. The interior is not anything fancy, just a place for people to sit down and eat. We get a mix of office workers during the day and groups of friends in the evening. The 700017 area has a lot of energy, and we feel that inside the shop too. Our staff is small, so we all do a bit of everything to keep things going. Sometimes it is hard to hear each other when the traffic outside gets really loud. We do not use any complicated recipes or strange ingredients in our kitchen. It is just grilling food over heat and serving it up to the customers. There is no corporate office or big management team behind us. It is just a local business in a busy neighborhood. We try to keep the place tidy, but it is an old building so it has its quirks. Most people come here because they are already in the Park Street area for other things. We do not have a big story about why we started, we just needed a place to work and this spot was open. (255 words)
