Casa Kitchen

We've been running things here at Casa Kitchen for a good while now. Our spot is right on A J C Bose Road, specifically at 234/1 in the Minto Park area of Kolkata. If you know where French Motors is, we are basically right next door to them. It’s a pretty busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We don’t just see people from around here though, we actually end up serving a lot of folks from Howrah too. It keeps us on our toes. The kitchen stays quite active from morning until we close up for the night. We aren't some big corporate chain with a fancy office; we’re just a local team working out of this space in Minto Park. People usually find us by looking for the dealership next door since it's a big landmark. The traffic on AJC Bose Road can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that is just life in Kolkata for you. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is ready for whoever walks in. It’s a simple operation really. We have our regulars and then there are the people just passing through the junction. There is no big secret to how we work, we just show up and get the job done every single day. We’ve been at this address for long enough that it feels like home to most of the staff here.
