We aren't a huge company with a lot of branches, despite the name; we just focus on this one location. Most of us here have been working together for a long time, so we have a bit of a rhythm going. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just show up, get the place ready, and wait for the guests to arrive. Being near Kaikhali means we see a lot of locals as well as travelers staying at the O 2 Hotel. It is a practical place to be. We spend our time checking the inventory and making sure the seating area is comfortable enough for people to relax. There is no big secret to how we run things.
