Ball Roll Corporation

Our office is over at 40 Strand Road, sitting on the third floor. Like everything else in this part of town, the building has seen a lot of years. We run Ball Roll Corporation from here, and it’s a pretty straightforward operation. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. Usually, it’s just us surrounded by piles of catalogs and order forms. The view from the third floor isn't much, just the busy street and the other old buildings nearby. We spend our hours talking to customers, mostly about sizes and specifications for different rollers and balls. It’s repetitive work but someone has to do it. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, though sometimes the logistics in this city can slow things down. We don't have a big HR department or a social media manager. We just do our work and try to be helpful when someone calls with a problem. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to them, but we do it several times a day without thinking. It’s a dusty, busy, real kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and that people get what they paid for. Nothing fancy goes on here, just the daily grind and making sure things stay on track.
