Inside, we keep things pretty straightforward. We deal with customers coming in and out all day. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, but you get used to it. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. We just show people what we have and let them decide. The staff has been here for years, so we all know how things work. There’s a certain way we do things that hasn’t changed much over the decades. It’s a bit traditional, I suppose. We keep our records carefully and make sure everything is in order. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay reliable for the people who come to see us. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We spend a lot of time cleaning and tidying up. It’s important to keep the place looking decent even if it’s an old building. Most folks who come in are regulars or their families have been coming here for a long time. It feels good to be part of the local history and keep the business going.
