Viram Garden Restaurant

Viram Garden Restaurant is our place in Bhuj, located near the All India Radio Station and the Jubilee Ground. If you go behind the Town Hall, you will find us pretty easily. It is a garden restaurant, so we have plenty of open space for people to sit and eat outside. Bhuj can get quite dusty and hot, but when the wind blows, it’s actually quite nice to be in the garden. We have been serving food here for a while now and we get a lot of local families who come in for dinner. The location is good because people know the radio station and the Jubilee Ground landmarks. We spend our day prepping the ingredients in the kitchen and making sure the outdoor tables are clean for the evening rush. It’s not a very formal or stiff place. You will see kids running around the grass while their parents have their meal. Sometimes we have to deal with unexpected rain which makes things a bit difficult for an outdoor restaurant, but we just manage as best as we can. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. We just cook the food we know and serve it to the people who walk in. Most of the staff has been with us for years and they know how things work here. It’s a quiet spot away from the main market noise, which is why we like it.
