Green Rock Restaurant

Green Rock Restaurant has been sitting on Bus Station Road in Bhuj for quite some time. We are located right near the Openair Theater, which is a nice landmark if you're trying to find us. Being so close to the bus station means there’s always a crowd outside. People are either coming into town or leaving for the villages, so they often stop by for a quick bite before they go. The building itself is called Green Rock, so it's hard to miss once you get to the station area. Bhuj has a very specific feel to it, and we try to match that as best we can. We don't use any big words or have fancy uniforms. It's just us in our regular clothes, serving whoever walks through the door. Some days are quieter than others, especially when there isn't much going on at the theater, but the bus traffic keeps us going most of the time. I usually handle the front, while the others are in the back getting things ready. We've had the same kitchen staff for years, so we all know how the other person works without even talking. The 370001 area is our home, and we like being right in the middle of all the noise and people. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just sweep it out and keep moving. It's honest work for us. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one for everyone.
