Dollar Restaurant

You can find Dollar Restaurant over on Airport Road in Bhuj. We are located right at Hotel Dollar, and it’s quite close to the railway station too. This makes it convenient for people arriving in town or heading out on a flight. Bhuj is a unique place, and we’ve been part of the scene here for a while. The restaurant isn't overly decorated. We kept it simple so people can just relax. The light comes in through the front windows in the afternoon, which is nice. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we opened. We aren't trying to win any awards; we just want to make sure the food is ready on time. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit disorganized when multiple groups show up at once, but we manage. The menu is just things we like to eat ourselves. Being near the station means we see a lot of new faces every day. It’s interesting to hear where everyone is going. We try to keep the place cool because the Gujarat heat can be a lot. It’s just a straightforward restaurant where you can sit down and have a meal without any drama. We’re just here on Airport Road doing our thing day in and day out. Sometimes the trains are delayed and people end up staying longer, so we just make them another pot of tea and wait it out.
