Green Palace Restaurant

You can find us in Gandhidham, right near Gandhi Market. We are tucked away in the Zaveri Bazaar area. It’s a very old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and usually packed with people shopping for jewelry or clothes. Green Palace has been around this market for a while. We get a lot of the shop owners coming in for a quick meal before they open up for the afternoon. The building is older, and the paint might be peeling a bit in the corners, but we keep the tables wiped down. It’s a lively place to be. You can hear the sounds of the bazaar even when you’re inside eating. We don't have a huge menu because the kitchen is small, so we just stick to what we know how to make. The staff is mostly local guys who live within walking distance. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here because of the smell of the food or they’ve been coming since they were kids. It’s a straightforward restaurant. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so we keep the fans going fast.
