Dosa Plaza Gandhidham

We are located right on Tagore Road in Gandhidham, specifically at Plot No 155 in Sector 1/A. Most folks know us because we are just opposite the Kdba building and quite close to Vikram Glass. It is a busy part of town and there is usually a lot of traffic passing by. We started this place because we wanted to have a spot where people could get a quick meal without any fuss. The kitchen is usually noisy with the sound of ladles hitting the pans and the sizzle of the batter. We keep things pretty simple here. There are some tables and chairs, nothing fancy at all, just enough for a decent sit-down meal. In the mornings, you can see people heading to work stopping by, and then in the evenings, it gets a bit more crowded with families. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when it gets busy, but we try to keep moving things along. It is just a regular local eatery. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting the ingredients ready for the next day. Sometimes the weather gets really dusty around here, so we are always wiping down the tables to keep them clean. It is not a big corporate chain or anything like that, just a local spot run by people who live nearby. We know a lot of the faces that come through the door. It is just what we do every day here in Gandhidham.
