Ajmeri Restaurant

We’ve been running Ajmeri Restaurant here on Airport Road in Bhuj for a while now. Most people find us because we are right near Hotel Dollar, which is a pretty well-known spot in the area. It’s just a regular place where people come to eat when they’re hungry. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything, but the kitchen stays busy throughout the day. Some people stop by on their way to the airport while others are just locals from around Bhuj who don't feel like cooking at home. The tables are simple and we try to keep things clean and moving. Usually, it's a mix of families and workers. You just walk in, find a seat, and order what you want from the menu. We get a lot of regulars who know exactly what they like, so we don't have to explain much. It gets a bit loud when it's crowded, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on getting the food out reasonably fast so nobody is waiting too long. It’s a straightforward setup. If you are around the 370001 area and need a meal, this is where we are. We don't do anything too complicated, just normal food for normal days. It’s been our daily routine for a long time, opening up every morning and seeing who walks through the door. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's a bit chaotic, but we just keep at it.
