Ek Nazar Restaurant

You’ll find Ek Nazar Restaurant right inside Hotel Gokul on Plot No 57 in Gandhidham. We are in Sector 9/B, which is very convenient because the bus station is right across the street. Because of the location, we see a lot of people who are just arriving in town or waiting for their next bus. It’s a busy spot. We keep the place open and the kitchen running for most of the day. The furniture is basic and we’ve had it for a few years. It’s not a quiet place because of all the traffic outside, but it’s lively. We serve simple meals that are easy on the stomach for travelers. The staff is used to people being in a hurry, so we try to get the bills out quickly. We don't have any big awards or fancy signs. Most people just walk in because they’re hungry and we’re right there. The floors are stone and easy to mop down. We keep a close eye on the kitchen to make sure things are handled right. Gandhidham is a hardworking town and we try to match that energy. It’s just a straightforward restaurant where you can sit down for thirty minutes and get a decent plate of food. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here, just cooking and serving. It's just a job and we do it every single day.
