Falling Water

You can find us inside Hotel Mid Town in Adipur, which is part of the Kutch district. We are situated near the Commerce College, so we see a lot of students and teachers walking by every day. The 370205 area is usually a bit quieter than the bigger cities, but we stay busy enough with the people coming through the hotel. Our day starts with opening up the space and getting the water features checked, as they are a big part of why people know us. We spend a good amount of time cleaning the floors and the seating areas before we start serving. Being near the college means things pick up during the afternoon breaks. Most of the people working here are local to Kutch and have lived in Adipur for years. We do not really do anything too complicated; we just focus on the daily chores that keep the place running. Sometimes the summers here get incredibly hot, so we have to make sure the cooling is working right. It is a practical way of living and working. We are not a big corporate chain; we are just a part of the local scene here near the college. We take our time with the prep work because rushing usually leads to mistakes. If you are in Adipur and pass by Hotel Mid Town, that is where we are. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day. The staff mostly hangs out in the back.
