Vali Restaurant

Our restaurant is situated on S.T. Road in Mandvi, specifically in the Bheed Bajar area. It’s a busy part of the market, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the locals know us as just Vali Restaurant. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items. Instead, we focus on a few things that we know how to cook well every single day. The kitchen is small and we do most of the work ourselves. You won't find any fancy uniforms or expensive furniture here. We have basic wooden tables and chairs that have been around for years. We open up early to get the pots going and we don’t close until the last customer is done. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the market is crowded and everyone wants to eat at the same time. The floor gets a bit dusty from the street outside, but we sweep it often. We aren't looking to become a big chain or anything. We just want to keep serving the people who work in the market and the travelers passing through Mandvi. It’s an honest way to make a living. If you’re ever in Bheed Bajar and feeling hungry, you can just walk in and find a seat. We’ll be there behind the counter ready to get you a plate.
