THE FLAVORS CAFE & RESTAURANT

We're located on the second floor of the Radhey 1&2 building in Gandhidham. It's on Plot No. 263, which is right near the Mamlatdar office in Sector 1. Specifically, we're up above the Jet air academy. We've been running this cafe and restaurant for a bit now. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but people seem to find us okay. Sector 1 is a busy part of town, so there’s always something going on outside. We spend our time in the kitchen or out front checking on the tables. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and chairs. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just us working right here in the restaurant. Sometimes the street noise from Sector 1/A gets a bit loud, but once you're inside, it’s not too bad. We try to keep things clean and make sure the food is fresh. The 370201 area has a lot of offices, so we get a good lunch crowd. It’s mostly just hard work and long hours. We aren't fancy people. We just wanted to have a place of our own where we could serve some food. We've had some regulars who have been coming since we opened. It’s nice to see familiar faces every day in the dining room. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do before we can head home for the night, but we've gotten used to the routine by now.
