Shaan E Punjab Dhaba

You will find Shaan E Punjab Dhaba out on the Bhuj Madhapar Highway. We are located right opposite the Fort View Complex and near the Narnarayan Nagar Patia. Being on the highway means we get a lot of trucks and travelers stopping by. It is a bit of a dusty spot, as you would expect from a roadside place in Bhuj, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. We are not a fancy restaurant with air conditioning in every corner. It is a dhaba, plain and simple. We have benches and tables where people can just sit and rest their legs after a long drive. The kitchen is always going, with the smell of wood smoke and spices in the air. We do all the cooking ourselves, using the same methods we have used for years. It is a lot of manual work, especially when a big group shows up all at once from the highway. We do not have a big menu with fancy names. We just serve what we know how to make. The Narnarayan Nagar Patia is a good landmark for us, and most people use that to find where we are. We see people from all walks of life here, from truck drivers to families on vacation. We do not offer any special treatment, just a place to eat and a bit of shade. It is just how things are on the Bhuj Madhapar Highway every day.
