Sagar Dosa Centre

Sagar Dosa Centre is located at Plot No.649/12 in Ward 12-C, right near the Lilashah Circle in Gandhidham. It’s a busy corner and we see a lot of traffic coming through every day. We mostly serve people who are on their way to work or just out running errands around the circle. The griddle stays hot from the time we open until we close up for the day. It’s a small setup, nothing too fancy, just a counter and some space for people to stand around and eat. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The morning time is our busiest because everyone wants a quick breakfast. You can hear the sound of the batter hitting the hot metal all day long. We have a few guys helping out with the serving and cleaning up the plates in the back. Gandhidham gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the counters to keep things clean. We don't have a fancy website or any big advertisements. People just see the sign at Lilashah Circle and stop by. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when it’s crowded, but people don’t seem to mind much. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s a simple life making dosas for the neighborhood. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long. It’s just us here working the grill.
