Punjabi Rasoya

We started Punjabi Rasoya here in Jestha Nagar quite some time back. Bhuj is our home and being near Dp Chowck means we see a lot of people passing by every day. It’s just a small place where we try to keep things simple and feed whoever walks through the door. Usually, it's busy around lunch, but we manage. We aren't trying to do anything fancy. Most of the staff here have been with us since the start. We just cook the food we know how to make. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit loud when it's crowded, but that’s just how it goes in a kitchen. We buy our vegetables locally and keep the stoves running from morning until late evening. People come here because they know what they’re getting. It’s not like those big chain restaurants you see in the city. It’s just us. We clean up at night, get ready for the next day, and do it all over again. If you’re walking around Jestha Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign. It isn't much, but we take care of the place. We’ve had the same tables for years and they’ve seen a lot of meals. We don't have a big website or anything, just this spot by the chowck. Stop by if you’re hungry and want something that tastes like a proper meal. That's about all there is to it for our little shop.
