New Bansidhar Restaurant

New Bansidhar Restaurant is located right on the Bhuj Anjar Highway in Mandvi. We are easy to spot because we are right opposite the Joshi Petrol Pump. Being on a highway means our days are mostly dictated by the people traveling between the towns. It’s a dusty stretch of road, and there’s always the sound of trucks and cars zooming past. Our place is quite basic, designed for people who are in a hurry but need a break from driving. We have a few tables and some simple benches. The wind blows a lot of sand around this part of Gujarat, so we are constantly cleaning the tables and the floors to keep things decent. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the cooking and the cleaning. There are no fancy signs or bright decorations inside. Most of our customers are truck drivers or families on a road trip who just want a quiet place to sit for thirty minutes. We serve whatever is fresh for the day. It’s a bit of a lonely spot at night when the traffic dies down, but during the day, it’s quite active with people stopping for a quick bite. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on the highway traffic to keep us going. It’s a simple life running a restaurant out here, and we just take things as they come, making sure the tea is hot and the food is ready.
