Kathiyavad Parotha House

Kathiyavad Parotha House is found in Maher Aarked, right on the Madhpar Bhujodi Highway. We are in the Madhapar area of Bhuj. Our location is very easy to spot because we are near the Joshi Petrol Pump. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are truck drivers, some are families on a road trip, and many are locals from Bhuj. The highway can be quite dusty and noisy, but we have our space set up to handle the rush. We mostly serve parothas and other simple items. The kitchen is always going because someone is always hungry on the road. We have been here for a while now and the building, Maher Aarked, is a well-known spot. We don't have any polished waiters or expensive furniture. It is just a highway eatery where you can sit down and get a hot meal. The staff is used to working fast because people on the road are often in a hurry to get to their next stop. We open up early and stay late into the night. It is a simple life here on the Madhpar Bhujodi Highway. We just make sure there is enough dough ready for the parothas and that the place is clean enough for the next group of people. It is a practical business for a busy road.
