Aadesh Dhaba & Garden Restaurant

We are located out on the Mandvi Layja Highway. If you are driving towards the coast, you will see us right opposite Shivamastu. It is a decent spot because there are not too many places to stop along this stretch. We have the main dhaba area and then a garden space for people who want to sit outside. The garden takes a lot of work to keep green because the air is quite dry out here. We spend a lot of time watering the plants in the morning. Being on a highway means we see a lot of travelers. Truck drivers stop by late at night, and families usually come during the day. The wind blows a lot of sand around, so we are constantly sweeping. It is a family-run thing. My brother handles the outdoor seating and I stay near the kitchen. We have some old benches that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough for a long break from driving. You can hear the trucks zooming past while you eat. It is a different kind of life out here compared to the city. Everything depends on the road. If the highway is busy, we are busy. If it is a quiet day, we just sit and watch the cars go by. We do not have any big marketing or anything. We just put the sign up and hope people feel like stopping for a bit to rest.
