Vidya Sanskar School

Vidya Sanskar School is tucked away in the Kudi Bhagtasni Housing Board area of Jodhpur. Specifically, we are at 5 A 43 and 44. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a home-grown project. Most of our students live just a few blocks away and walk to school in the mornings. We started small, and while we’ve grown, we still have that local feel. The walls have some charts made by the students pinned up, and the classrooms are filled with the usual sounds of shuffling feet and teachers explaining lessons. Jodhpur gets incredibly hot, so we do what we can to keep the rooms comfortable with fans and shutters. We aren't trying to be a five-star institution; we’re just a school for regular families who want their kids to learn their ABCs and math. There’s a playground area where the younger ones spend their energy. We don't have a massive marketing team or anything. Most of our staff have been with us for years and know the parents by name. When the bell rings at the end of the day, there is a big rush of kids heading home into the housing board streets. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real place. We just focus on getting the books finished and making sure the kids are safe while they are with us. It’s a simple life here at the school.
