Le Cheryl International Secondary School

The school is located at Plot No-3A-12 in Jodhpur. If you know this area, you know it can get quite hot in the afternoons. Our building sits right in the middle of the neighborhood, and we’ve been part of this community for some time. The kids start arriving quite early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Most of them carry those heavy bags you see everywhere these days. Inside, the hallways are usually full of the sound of teachers talking and students shuffling their papers. We have the usual desks and chairs, and the walls have some drawings pinned up here and there. It’s not like those corporate offices you see in big cities. It’s a school. Things get a little messy sometimes, especially after lunch when the playground has been used. We try to keep things organized, but with so many teenagers around, there’s always something happening. Le Cheryl International Secondary School is just a place where the local kids come to get through their secondary years. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the basic stuff needed for a regular school day. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we see each other at the market too. It feels very local. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows and keep going. That’s just how Jodhpur is. We’re just here doing our bit every day.
