I'm over at House No.1395 Bia, just down Gali No.3 in Mandeep Nagar. It's a busy little spot right near Rishi Nagar. People usually find us because we’re tucked away in the neighborhood rather than being on some big main road. I’ve been working here for a while now. The office is basically just a room with some tables and drawing tools. It gets a bit noisy during the day when the neighbors are out, but that’s just how it is around here. We handle a lot of the local building plans. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out with the drafting and the paperwork. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and trying to figure out how to fit things into small plots. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up for breaks. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we get the drawings done. Sometimes clients come in with ideas they scribbled on a piece of paper, and we sit down and try to make sense of it. It’s a bit of a process, honestly. We deal with the municipal codes and the local regulations, which can be a headache sometimes. If you’re looking for the place, look for the blue gate. Mandeep Nagar has its quirks, but it’s a good place to work from. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, just working through whatever project is on the desk.
