We are based over in the Old Baradari Estate area. It is a bit quieter there than the main city parts, which is nice when you are trying to concentrate on drawings. The office is really just a functional space with some old furniture and a lot of cabinets for filing papers. Most mornings I start by clearing off the desk because it gets covered in notes from the day before. We have been here long enough that most of the locals know where to find us. It’s an old building, so it has its quirks, like the windows that stick sometimes. I spend a lot of time on the phone or just staring at blueprints until they look right. There isn't a big sign outside or any fancy lights. People usually hear about us through word of mouth from someone else in Jalandhar. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. The work piles up on the tables, and sometimes it feels like we are drowning in paper, but we eventually get through it all. It is just a regular job for us, drawing houses and checking on things. We like the pace of the estate and how the trees line the road outside. It makes for a decent place to spend the day while we handle the local projects that come our way. We don't really do anything fancy here, just basic work that needs to be finished.
