Jasmine Kaur Architect is located over at 199 Lajpat Nagar. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here in the neighborhood. People around here know the spot because we’ve been at this address for quite some time. Dealing with building plans and layout stuff takes up most of our hours. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The office at 199 isn't huge, but it fits everything we need like the drafting tables and all the files that seem to pile up no matter how much we organize. Lajpat Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside the window while we work. We don't really go in for fancy titles or big speeches about what we do. Mostly, it’s just looking at site maps and making sure the measurements are correct. If someone needs a wall moved or a new room figured out, they usually just drop by or give us a call. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and staring at blueprints until they make sense. It’s a local business through and through. We know the streets around here well and the kind of buildings people like to have. Nothing too complicated, just honest work done by hand and on the computer. That’s pretty much the story of our little office in Lajpat Nagar. We just keep at it day by day and try to make sure every plan we finish is as accurate as it can be.
