Atul Singla Architect

I’ve been working as Atul Singla Architect for quite some time now. My office is located at 272, Chhotti Baradari, Part-2. It’s a decent spot and easy enough for people to find. I don’t go for any of that fancy corporate talk. I just focus on the drawings and making sure the structures I design are solid. Most days, it is just me at my desk or out visiting a construction site to see how the masonry is going. Being in Part-2 means I am close to a lot of the residential growth happening around here. People come in with sketches they made on napkins or just ideas in their heads. My job is to turn those into something a contractor can actually build. It involves a lot of technical work that isn't very glamorous. I spend hours looking at municipal codes and making sure everything is by the book. It’s a quiet office for the most part. I don’t have a big team of secretaries or assistants. If you call, you usually get me. I think people like that personal touch. I’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this area and it’s always interesting to see how they turn out. Architecture is a slow process. You have to be patient with the weather and the material deliveries. I just try to do my part and get the plans right for the folks who live here. It’s about making a space that actually works for a family.
