You can find us near Lata Cinema, right where the New Shiv Tent House is. It's a well-known spot in this part of Jaipur. We’ve been running Shakun Food Catering Services from here for quite some time. It's a bit of a hectic environment because we are often coordinating with the tent house people. One day we are setting up for a small religious function, and the next it’s a massive wedding. We don't have much of a formal office. Most of our planning happens on the fly or sitting on a plastic chair in the back. We focus on the food and making sure the serving staff knows what they are doing. There’s always someone cleaning a large pot or checking the spice jars. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook food that people enjoy eating at their parties. Being near the cinema means there’s always people walking by, so it never feels quiet. We’ve had some tough days when the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just part of the catering life. We know the local markets well and buy our supplies fresh every morning. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep moving from one event to the next without much fuss. If you see us loading the vans, that is just a normal Tuesday.
