Working at Chokhi Dhani Food feels like being part of something much bigger, since we are a unit of Chokhi Shani Resorts Pvt Ltd. Our main base is out here in the Riico Industrial Area in Malvia Nagar. It's definitely an industrial vibe around here, with lots of trucks and other businesses nearby. We focus on the food side of things, making sure everything is handled right. It’s not like the fancy resort areas; it’s more about the practical side of food production. The warehouse is a busy spot. Most of us arrive early to beat the Malvia Nagar traffic. The Riico area is pretty spread out, but we've been in this spot long enough that the local tea stalls know us. It’s a dusty part of town sometimes, but that’s just how it is in an industrial zone. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or corporate speeches. Instead, we just keep the machines running and the orders moving out. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists.
