Chatora Gabbar

Chatora Gabbar is located over at Plot 202, specifically shops 5 and 6 in Nirman Nagar C. We are right near Dana Pani, which is a landmark most people in this part of Jaipur know. It’s a decent-sized space we’ve put together here. We decided to set up shop in this neighborhood because it’s always active with people moving around. Running a food stall or a small shop like this takes a lot of energy. Every morning starts with cleaning the floors and checking the gas cylinders. We’ve got a couple of guys helping in the back who have been with us since the start. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; it’s just a place where we try to do things the right way. The street outside can get dusty, but we try to keep our seating area as tidy as possible. We see a lot of students and office workers during the weekdays. Jaipur is a great city for food, and we’re just glad to be a small part of it. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy flyers. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s what we rely on. It’s a lot of long hours, standing on our feet, but it’s our own business. Sometimes we close a bit late if there’s a crowd, but we don’t mind the extra work. It’s just how we get things done every day.
