We operate out of an office on Nakul Path in the Lal Kothi area of Jaipur. It’s not a big fancy storefront with a sign out front, just a practical space where we handle all the work for the website. Most of our day is spent on the phones or looking at computer screens, making sure all the orders are moving along like they should. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Jaipur, nothing too special to look at. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the ceiling fans going and stay on top of the work. We’ve been at E-666 for a while now, and the neighbors on Nakul Path know us as the folks who are always busy with the delivery riders coming and going. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes, cables, and paperwork piled up on the desks sometimes. We don't have a big dining room for people to sit in and eat; it’s more about the logistics of getting food from the kitchens to the customers' doors. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have learned how the whole system works over time. We don't use any complicated scripts or professional greetings when people call us up; we just talk to them normally and try to fix any issues that pop up with an order. It’s a simple business. We just want to make sure the tech works.
