Dbk Bhalla Wala

We are set up over at the Hotel Highway King and Old Rao area on NH 8 in Behror. Being right on the highway means we see a lot of travelers passing through every single day. We focus on the food we make, specifically our bhalla and other quick snacks that people like. It’s a busy spot, especially during the hours when people are stopping for a lunch break or just a rest from driving. The kitchen stays quite hot and we’re usually on our feet from morning until night. It’s not a quiet place, with the constant sound of trucks and cars zooming by outside. We serve anyone who walks in, from families on vacation to truck drivers taking a much-needed break. The recipes we use are the same ones we’ve had for a long time. We don't try to make things complicated or modern. It’s just about serving food that tastes right and fills people up. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day is busier than we expected. We’ve been here in Behror for quite some time now. The staff knows how to handle the rush when a bus pulls in. You just grab a seat and we get your food out as fast as we can. It's a very straightforward way of doing things. Most people already know what they want before they even walk through the door. It is just practical food for hungry travelers.
