Rangla Punjab

Most people around Tonk Road know where we are, right near Asharam Marg 1. We’ve been running Rangla Punjab for a bit and it’s mostly just us doing our thing every day. It isn't a huge place with fancy lights or anything. We just keep the kitchen going and make sure the tables are wiped down. Sometimes it gets busy, especially on weekends when families come through, but we try to keep up. It's a bit loud sometimes with the traffic outside, but that's just how it is around here. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, prep the vegetables, and get the stove started early in the morning. Some days are better than others, like when the weather is nice and people feel like sitting for a while. If you’re walking past Asharam Marg, you'll probably see our sign. We keep things pretty simple because that’s what we know how to do. The menu is mostly stuff we enjoy eating ourselves. It’s not about being the most popular spot in town, just about having a place where the food is ready when people are hungry. We spend a lot of time in the back making sure everything is stocked up. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go over the years. It’s nice to see familiar faces stopping by. We’re just here on the corner.
