Mr Beans

Mr Beans is located at E-41 A on Sardar Patel Marg in C Scheme. This part of Jaipur is pretty well-known and the road is always packed with cars. We have been here at this address for a while. The building is just a normal one, nothing too special. We spend a lot of time behind the counter. Whether it’s fixing the coffee machine or cleaning up a spilled drink, there is always something to do. It’s not like we have a big staff. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We don't have any corporate manuals telling us how to talk to people. We just say hello and get on with the order. Sometimes the place is full and everyone is talking at once, and other times it’s so quiet you can hear the fridge humming. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just wanted a place where we could work for ourselves and earn a living. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought it at different times over the years. We try to keep the plants alive, but sometimes we forget to water them when things get busy. It’s a real place run by real people. If you are driving down Sardar Patel Marg, you might see us. We’re just here at E-41 A, doing our daily shift and keeping the place open for whoever stops by. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
