Sahakar Circle is always busy, and being at 115 in C Scheme puts us right in the middle of that chaos. Chakh Le India is our small corner where we handle the daily rush of hungry people. We start the day by checking what we have in the pantry and what needs to be bought fresh. It's a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bags and scrubbing down the tables before the doors open. We don't have a team of managers, just us and the people who help us serve the food. The menu is simple because that is what we can manage well. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to scramble to keep things going. That’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We see students, office workers, and families all coming through. The chairs aren't the most expensive ones, but they do the job. We spend a lot of time cleaning windows because the street dust is constant. By the end of the night, our backs usually ache and we just want to sit down for a minute. We don't do much advertising, people just find us because we are near the circle. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. No one is putting on an act here. We just cook, serve, and clean up to do it all again tomorrow.
