Atrinandan Agro Producer Company Limited

We are based in the village of Balapur, which is in the Dharmabad taluka. Our main office is located at house number 406, which belongs to Shri Vilas Ambajirao Pawar. It’s just a normal house in a normal village, nothing special to look at from the outside. We formed Atrinandan because we wanted a way for the local farmers here to have more of a say in how their products are sold. Most of the guys involved have been farming their whole lives, so we know exactly how much work goes into every single harvest. Our meetings are pretty informal, usually held in the front room or out in the courtyard if it isn't too hot. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and how to deal with the local buyers. It’s not a fancy corporate life at all. Most days, we are out in the dirt or driving around to different farms in Dharmabad. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated business talk. We just speak plainly and try to keep things honest. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street and children playing nearby, but we are used to it. We don't have a professional secretary or anything, just whoever is available to answer the door or the phone. It’s a small operation, but it means a lot to the people here. We just take things one day at a time and do our best for the farmers in Balapur.
