Krushiskshm Agrotech Mahila Farmerproducer Company Limited is run by the women here in Kadti village. We are located at house number 138, which is just a regular home in the village in Hingoli. Most of us have been farming all our lives, helping our families and working the fields. We thought it was time we had our own group to manage things. In Hingoli, life is simple but the work is hard. We spend our mornings in the fields and then come together to talk about the company. We deal with whatever crops are in season, trying to find ways to sell them without getting cheated. It is mostly about supporting each other and making sure the household expenses are covered. We don't have a fancy office with computers and air conditioning. We sit on the floor or on old benches and talk about seeds and what the kids need for school. It’s a real community effort. Sometimes we struggle to understand all the legal rules for the company, but we help each other out. We are just women from the village trying to do something good for our families. It’s about the soil, the seeds, and the hard work we put in every day. We are proud of what we do, even if it’s just a small start in a big world. Sometimes we get together just to share a meal and talk about the next harvest season.
