Maitreya Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited is located at House Number 142 in Ward Number 2. We are right near the Buddha Vihar in Rajanda, which is in the Shindkhed area. It is a local place. A few of us farmers got together to start this up. We wanted a way to manage our work better. Our office is not anything special to look at. It is just a space we use to keep everything organized. Being near the Buddha Vihar makes it easy for people to find us. Rajanda is our home. We do all our planning and meeting at this address. It is a lot of work to keep a company running, especially with all the rules we have to follow. We just take it day by day. Most of us have been farming our whole lives. Now we are trying to handle the business side of things as well. It is a bit of a challenge sometimes. We do not have any polished speeches or fancy words. We just talk about the crops and the market prices. That is what matters most to us. Shindkhed is where we are based, and we are fine with that. We do not have a big corporate structure. We just work together as a group. If you are in the neighborhood, you will see us there. We are just regular people trying to do a job.
