Parvataai Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated over in Aland Phulambri, specifically at Samadhan Ajinath Khambat’s place. We are in the Umravati area, and most of us here have been farmers for generations. This company isn't about anything fancy. It’s just a way for the local farmers to get together and handle the business side of things. Usually, we are too busy with the actual planting and weeding to worry about paperwork, but we know it's important. Samadhan helps keep things moving from his end. We talk about the weather a lot because that’s what dictates our lives. If the rain comes late, we all feel it. We deal with whatever the local ground gives us. There’s no big marketing team here, just a few of us who know the land and the people who work it. We try to help out with getting the right inputs like seeds and stuff so nobody gets cheated. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can talk to every member face to face. When the harvest comes in, it gets pretty hectic around here.
