Arambhagro Farmers Producer Company Limited

Out here in Mundwadi, things move at their own pace. We are just a group of farmers who decided to start Arambhagro Farmers Producer Company Limited because doing everything alone was getting too hard. Mundwadi is a small place in Kannad, and if you live here, you know the soil and you know how much the weather matters every single day. We spend most of our time out in the fields, checking on the crops and worrying about the rain or the lack of it. This company isn't some big office with fancy chairs. It’s mostly us sitting together under a tree or in someone's front yard talking about what seeds we need to buy or how to get our produce to the market without losing too much money to the middleman. Most of us have been farming since we were kids, following what our fathers did. We know the land well. Sometimes the crops are good, sometimes they are not, but we keep going because that is what we do. Our address is at Mundwadi, post Mundwaditq, in the Kannad district. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just local people trying to make a living and helping each other out when the harvest comes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the families in our village have enough to get by each season. It's a lot of work, and the sun is hot, but being together makes it a bit easier for everyone involved.
