Pardikar Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located over at Pardi Sawali, in the Aundha area. We work out of Namdev Nagare’s spot. It is a small village and we are right in the middle of it. The office is really just a simple room with some benches and a big table where we spread out our maps and papers. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking about what is happening in the fields lately. It is not a corporate environment at all. We wear our everyday clothes and usually have a bit of dirt on our boots. That is just a part of life in Pardi Sawali. Aundha is a nice area but it keeps us very busy. We try to keep track of everything but sometimes the paperwork just piles up on the corner of the desk. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just us. Most people find us by asking around at the local market or at the shop. If you come by, you will probably find someone sorting through bags or checking the latest weather report on the radio. We have a clock on the wall that is always ten minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it. It is a quiet life but the work is steady. We are just a bunch of folks from the area trying to help each other out through this company. It is local, it is a bit disorganized at times, but it works for us. We don't need much more than that.
