Our place is located at S No 12 in Malegaon, which is part of Ardhapur. We are basically a group of people from around here who decided to work together under the Krishijagar name. Agriculture is what everyone does in this area, so it wasn't a strange idea to start this. We spend a lot of time at the site just checking on what’s coming in from the fields. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a practical setup that works for us. Some days are slower than others, especially when the rain doesn't show up when it's supposed to. We talk to the local farmers every day since we are all neighbors anyway. If someone has a question about their yield or needs help with the paperwork side of things, they just walk in. We don’t use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned record-keeping and a lot of patience. The building itself is pretty plain, but it serves its purpose. We deal with whatever crops are in season, so the smells and the work change throughout the year. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep everything organized, and we’ve had our share of mistakes while learning the ropes. But that’s how you learn, right? We just keep showing up every morning and doing the work that needs to be done for the group. It’s steady, honest work and we’re glad to be doing it right here in Malegaon.
