Aai Tuljai Pratishthan Agro Producer Company Limited is located in the village of Ravna, near the Paradata post office in Ghansawangi. We are just a local group of guys who have been farming in this area for a long time. We decided to register as a producer company to see if we could get a bit more organized. It is a quiet place out here in Ravna, and we spend most of our time looking at the sky and hoping for rain or worrying about the insects. We don't have a big staff or a fancy website. Our meetings usually happen in the shade of a tree or in one of our homes. We talk about what seeds are working and how we can get our grain to the market without spending all our profit on transport. It is a very practical operation. We don't use big words or talk about missions and visions. We just want to grow our crops and make sure we can sell them for a decent price so we can keep going next year. The work is hard and our hands are usually dirty, but that is just the way it is when you live in Ghansawangi and work the land. We help each other out when a tractor breaks down or when someone needs an extra hand with the harvest. It is just a group of farmers trying to do right by their families.
