Kayadhu Agritech Producer Company Limited is located in Girgaon, which is in the Basmath area of Hingoli. We are based at the place of Shri Vithal Vishwanth Karhale. It is a local operation that focuses on helping the farmers around here use better techniques and get their products out to the market. Being in the 431512 area of Maharashtra, we are surrounded by fields on all sides. Our workspace is very simple and sits right in the heart of the village life. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or big words because that’s just not who we are as people. We are just locals who grew up in Girgaon and want to see our community's agriculture do better. We spend our days talking to growers and figuring out the logistics of getting seeds and equipment to the right places. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, especially when five different people show up at once with questions. We do our best to stay organized with our ledgers and keep things moving. It’s not a high-tech setup by any means, but it belongs to us. Working in Hingoli has its own set of challenges, like poor roads or changing weather, but we are used to it. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We are just working hard to make sure the technical side of farming actually helps the people on the ground every day.
