Hot N Spice Restaurant

We are located in Haridwar, right across from Bhatiya Bhawan in the Ganga Avtaran area. This part of town is almost always busy with people coming and going, especially since it is so close to the river. We get a mix of locals who live here year-round and people who are just passing through on their way to the ghats. The restaurant isn't very big, but we try to use the space as best as we can. Being on the main road means there is always dust and noise, but that is just life in Haridwar. We serve food that has a bit of a kick to it, which is why we went with the name Hot N Spice. We don't have a huge staff, so sometimes things take a minute if we are full, but people usually don't mind waiting. We keep the menu pretty straightforward with items that we know how to make well. Most days start early with prep work and end late after the last customer leaves. It is a simple life running a restaurant here. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing, just a sign outside and the smell of cooking to bring people in. It is just a regular place for regular people to sit down and have a meal while they take a break from whatever they are doing in the city.
